Men's Club Sign Up Procedure

The following procedures are to be used to signup for the weekly Men's Club sign up. Note that you may pick up a form at the proshop or download and print one from this site (see below). If you choose to download the form, you will need the Adobe Acrobat Viewer to print it.

1. Forms are available in the golfer's room, the proshop, and on the web.
2. A new form must be filled out for each Tuesday's Play.
3. Print names legibly, using both first and last names.
4. Forms may be filled out for a foursome, threesome, twosome, or single
5. Play may be designated for morning, afternoon, or either.
6. Forms may be turned in anytime on Tuesday and Wednesday, and up to 5:00 p.m. on Thursday.
7. Pairings and hole assignments will be posted by Friday afternoon for the following weeks play.
