Microsoft Word Viewer (Windows Only)
View, print and copy Word documents, even if you don't have Word installed. This is a free product. To download it, go to their web site at
In the Search box at the top of the page, make sure "All Downloads" is specified and then type "Word Viewer" in the search box. Scan down the search list results and pick the Word Viewer with the latest date (at least 2007). Click on the blue, underlined title and follow the instructions.

Adobe Acrobat (Windows and Macintosh)
The Adobe Reader allows you to read documents formatted for distribution using Adobe Acrobat. It uses a standardized formatting language that guarantees the the document has the same formatting on all systems. The reader is a free product. To download it, go to the Adobe web site at
